When your parcel will be delivered?

For any order placed on our site of a product in stock, Pachamama will process and ship your order the next day (excluding WE).

From the date of shipping:

In mainland France, your parcel will be delivered in 4/5 days with the Mondial Relay delivery service, in 2/3 days with the Colissimo delivery service and in 24h with the Express Chronopost delivery service.

In Belgium and Luxembourg, your parcel will be delivered in 4/5 days with the Mondial Relay delivery service, in 2/3 days with the Colissimo delivery service.

In the rest of Europe, your parcel will be delivered in 3/5 days.

In the rest of the world, your parcel will be delivered in one week.

How to follow your delivery ?

You will be informed by mail of the delivery of your package, with a tracking number.

What are the delivery fees ?

FOR LEATHER GOODS:

Metropolitan France:

The delivery costs are FREE from 70€ of purchase with Mondial Relay delivery.

Under 70€ of purchase, delivery costs are 5€ with Mondial Relay and 5€ with Colissimo.

The delivery fee for Chronopost express delivery is 15€.

Belgium and Luxembourg

The delivery costs are FREE from 70€ of purchase with Mondial Relay delivery.

Under 70€ of purchase, delivery costs are 9€ with Mondial Relay and 9€ with Colissimo.

Other countries:

• €9: Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal
• €14: Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Switzerland.
• 39€ in the rest of the world

In the case of a delivery outside the European Union, the delivery charges do not include any customs duties and taxes to be paid by the customer. The amount of these taxes depends on the country of destination, the customer must contact the local authorities in order to respect the import costs of goods inherent to his place of receipt of order.

• FREE: Mondial Relay delivery in metropolitan France
• 5€ : Colissimo delivery in metropolitan France
• 15€: Express Chronopost delivery in metropolitan France

Returns and Exchange

Backpacks that have not been used can be returned within 15 days from the day of reception of your package.

What is the procedure ?

Send a mail to hello@pachamama-handcraft.com with the informations about your order, the reason of the exchange and your new order.

Send back your products to the following address :

Returns must be done in the original packaging and in their original state (accessories, etc.).

The return of the product must be paid by the customer and the new delivery is offered by Pachamama.

All products returned must be in a perfect state, non used and non washed. At the reception of the product, Pachmama will judge of the state of the product. No returns will be accepted if returned products have been obviously used, damaged or dirty.

Once we have received and verified the good condition of your products, we will deliver you the exchange product(s). A confirmation email with the package tracking code will be sent to you.

For all orders placed from November 15, 2023, you have until January 5, 2024 to return your package for exchange or refund.
